The buyer and the owner — never the seller. Our counsel is paid by you and by no one else, and we hold no listings.
How many clients do you take?
Deliberately few at any time, so each engagement receives genuine attention.
Where do you work?
Across Milano, Lago di Como, the Costa Smeralda, Roma and Toscana — and elsewhere in Italy by request.
How do your fees work?
Engagements are agreed in advance and in writing, so you always know what you are paying for. There are no commissions from sellers and no hidden incentives.
Do you help with residency and tax?
We coordinate the move and introduce trusted lawyers, commercialisti and advisers. We are not ourselves legal or tax advisers; that counsel comes from the regulated professionals we work alongside.
In what languages do you work?
In English and Italian, bridging the two throughout — so nothing is lost in a contract, a viewing or a conversation.
